Deirdre Sammon is a Legal Executive with over 20 years experience acting for private clients, local authorities, property developers and financial institutions, primarily in residential and commercial conveyancing, probates and wills.

Having joined Clark Hill in 2025, Deirdre provides comprehensive support to the Real Estate Team on varied transactions including purchases, sales, refinancing and leases. Deirdre assists at every stage of the process from file inception to post-completion matters including title investigation and reports, drafting contract and completion documentation, preparing and management of registration applications in Tailte Eireann.
