Deborah Bone

Deborah was a litigation and investigations partner at a national law firm, representing clients in high-stakes enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, Securities and Exchange Commission, and state attorneys general. She developed defense strategies, led internal investigations, and handled regulatory risk assessments for corporate clients in the energy and manufacturing sectors.

Earlier in her career, Deborah focused on environmental law and regulatory compliance, advising clients on the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, and other complex regulatory frameworks.
