Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Deborah Bone, a seasoned legal advisor with deep experience in energy regulation, enforcement defense, and environmental law, has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in the Las Vegas office. Bone brings extensive experience representing energy sector clients and companies operating in highly regulated industries, including her prior role as NV Energy’s Deputy General Counsel.

“Deborah adds significant depth to our Energy Regulatory and Transactional team for Western markets,” said Patrick Larkin, Leader of the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources practice at Clark Hill. “She brings an exceptional combination of in-house leadership and private practice experience and adds to our already-significant ability to provide practical and cost-effective legal advice to our clients in the Western US.”

“I’m thrilled to join Clark Hill’s outstanding team of experienced attorneys delivering strategic counsel to clients across the county,” Bone said. “Clark Hill’s growing presence in the Western energy markets presents exciting opportunities to help clients navigate cutting-edge issues in this rapidly evolving industry.”

Bone is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Nevada and Illinois, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She earned her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
