Dayen P. Wilson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, entity formation, and a variety of general corporate matters. He works with business owners, private equity firms and deal sponsors on transactional, organizational, and governance matters arising throughout the business lifecycle.

Dayen supports clients on strategic and financial transactions as well as day-to-day business matters. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, due diligence efforts, document drafting, and a variety of related corporate governance and organizational matters.

By working closely with clients and firm attorneys across disciplines, Dayen helps businesses address legal and operational considerations arising in complex corporate transactions and business matters while advancing their strategic objectives.
