Clarissa Arevalo represents U.S. employers and their foreign national employees, as well as individuals and their family members, on a range of employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration matters. This includes nonimmigrant visas, employment and family-sponsored permanent residence, naturalization, and other immigration benefits before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.

Clarissa advises companies in a variety of industries on both short- and long-term options for hiring and retaining highly skilled foreign workers in the United States through sponsorship for temporary nonimmigrant visas such as E, H, and L and for immigrant visas/permanent residence based on Multinational Executive/Manager petitions and PERM Labor Certifications.

She also advises individuals and their families on family-sponsored permanent residence, naturalization, and other family- and humanitarian-based immigration benefits.
