Cian advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising transactions, and a broad range of corporate matters. Cian has worked with founders, growth-stage companies, and investors, supporting them through key stages of the business lifecycle, from investment rounds to strategic acquisitions and exits.
Cian has experience of various types of transactions and their full transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting, and negotiating key documentation, and managing deals through to completion. Cian is focused on delivering clear, commercially minded advice that helps clients navigate complexity, manage risk, and execute transactions efficiently.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Cian trained and qualified as a solicitor at another corporate firm in Dublin, gaining great experience in Corporate M&A, Banking and Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.
Prior to qualifying, Cian gained experience in regulatory and data privacy matters in both private practice and in-house environments, giving him a pragmatic and risk-aware perspective when advising clients in fast-moving and evolving sectors.
