Christina M. Gonzaga represents employers in a wide range of immigration matters. She advises multinational corporations, emerging growth companies, and non-profit organizations on strategies to hire, transfer, and retain global talent.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of U.S. employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visa petitions (such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN classifications), permanent residence processes (PERM labor certification, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status), and immigration compliance. Christina regularly counsels clients on the immigration implications of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and reductions in force.
