Christian focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, estate planning and tax strategy, and sports-related legal work, including NIL matters. He supports businesses, individuals, and athletes in matters involving mergers and acquisitions; corporate formation, structure, and governance; estate planning; and athlete-focused transactional support.
Christian’s experience includes conducting due diligence in multimillion-dollar M&A transactions, assisting with transactional closings, and drafting organizational and governance documents, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, stock-related documents, and closing materials. He has also worked extensively on estate planning matters, including drafting estate plans, trust amendments, disclaimers, and related probate and tax-planning documents designed to help clients manage future distributions and long-term planning objectives.
In addition, Christian has direct experience with sports-related legal and business matters. Before joining Clark Hill, he served as Director of NIL Strategy for a sports agency, where he worked on NIL negotiation and coordination, athlete recruitment strategy, and sports-business legal matters. That background continues to inform his interest in advising athletes, families, and sports-related businesses on issues at the intersection of sports, business, and long-term planning.
Christian also worked in corporate, tax, estate planning, and sports-related roles in private practice.
