He frequently assists clients in corporate restructuring, reorganizations, investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Cathal also takes a keen interest in cybersecurity and data privacy matters and is a part of the Dublin office’s breach incident response team.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2022, he previously trained and practiced in a general practice firm in Galway, gaining hands-on, client-facing experience across a broad range of practice areas.
Cathal has gained significant experience in the practice areas of litigation and dispute resolution, commercial mediation, property law, probate, and licensing matters.
