Carly Sullivan began her legal career at Clark Hill, where she focused on Intellectual Property law. She has gained extensive experience in the preliminary patent, trademark, and copyright searches; preparing and electronically filing patent and trademark documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office; preparing and filing international patent and trademark applications; preparing and filing State trademark applications; and coordinating communications with clients and foreign associates throughout patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution process. Carly also attends to the maintenance of issued U.S. patents and trademarks.

In addition to her prosecution work, Carly leverages her educational background and supports the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice. Her litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, managing e-discovery, docketing litigation deadlines, and preparing case materials for matters involving patent and trademark infringement. She also conducts legal research to support ongoing litigation and strategic enforcement efforts.
