Brian O. Shepard

Brian O. Shepard is a corporate attorney who assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and review, and due diligence. He works with privately held companies, investors, and private equity sponsors on acquisitions and other transactional matters, helping them move deals forward while identifying and addressing legal issues along the way.

Brian’s work spans the full business lifecycle, from forming new entities and establishing governance structures to supporting acquisitions and other transactions. By drafting and reviewing contracts and assisting with due diligence, he helps clients understand the terms and risks of their agreements and make informed business decisions.

Brian collaborates with attorneys across the firm, which lets him draw on the knowledge of colleagues in other practices as issues arise. He is attentive and responsive, and he works to keep clients’ business objectives at the center of each transaction.
