Brennan Hughes represents and counsels employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, including wage and hour class and collective actions, single-plaintiff litigations, claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Whistleblower allegations, failure to accommodate, failure to provide leave, and failure to engage in the interactive process. Brennan defends employers in a variety of industries from small businesses to larger enterprises.

Brennan began his legal career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. This experience provides him with unique insight into what employees seek in workplace disputes and enables him to identify common pitfalls that employers may inadvertently encounter. Additionally, Brennan has previously represented plaintiffs in civil rights litigation and has experience in criminal defense matters.
