She also acts in large residential schemes, as well as acting for funders, banks, receivers, and developers in mixed retail, office and commercial developments, including many pubs, restaurants, hostels, and hotels.
Bernice completed a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland and advises funders, investors, and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions including security arrangements. Bernice is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, advising private clients on probate-related matters including complex probate litigation, succession planning, and wealth protection, and all matters relating to the law of trusts.
