Artie Rowell represents national and regional banks in middle-market commercial lending transactions, with a focus on syndicated and bilateral credit facilities. His experience includes cash flow, asset-based, sponsor-backed, construction and real estate financings.

Artie leads key aspects of transaction execution from initial term sheet through closing. He regularly negotiates credit agreements and related loan documents and coordinates with clients and other deal parties to manage process, navigate evolving deal dynamics, and drive efficient and successful outcomes.

While his practice is primarily focused on representing lenders, Artie also advises borrowers in similar financing transactions, giving him a practical, well-rounded perspective on deal structuring and negotiation.
