Arthur Adamian represents employers in labor and employment matters, advising on workplace disputes and helping clients navigate litigation risk from pre-suit through resolution. He works with businesses to develop practical strategies that address employment-related claims while supporting their operational goals.

Arthur’s practice includes defending claims involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and representative actions under state employment laws. He drafts pleadings and dispositive motions, manages written discovery, and takes and defends depositions. He also represents clients in mediations, prepares settlement agreements, and handles matters at various stages of litigation, including class and representative actions.

In addition, Arthur has experience handling employment-related matters before administrative and judicial forums, including appearing for hearings and arguing motions. His background includes managing high-volume caseloads and coordinating all aspects of litigation strategy and execution.
