Ana has focused extensively on affirmative asylum filings, family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, and waivers of inadmissibility for crimes, fraud, and unlawful presence with a particular emphasis on Immigration Court removal proceedings. Ana is well-versed in consular processing and understands the nuances of different consulates worldwide.

With a deep understanding of immigration laws and a track record of success, she employs strategic legal tactics to effectively challenge deportation orders. With a background that includes serving as a law clerk for the Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation (OIL) and working as an interpreter for immigration and asylum interviews, Ana brings a wealth of experience to her practice.

Exclusively practicing immigration law since graduating from CUA Law (Catholic University Columbus School of Law) in 2014, Ana previously worked on both affirmative and removal defense cases and family-based immigration at Haynes Novick Immigration and the Law Office of James A. Roberts.
