Amy Prueger focuses on appellate, commercial, and regulatory litigation. Having clerked for the Texas Supreme Court and worked in large and specialty-practice law firms, she has vast experience representing clients in business disputes and protecting them in the event of appeal. She is also experienced in presenting oral argument on appeal, including the Texas Supreme Court, and has handled complex arbitrations from the initial filing of the complaint through post-hearing matters.

- Acting as lead appellate counsel, developing amicus coalitions in support of clients’ positions in the litigation, preparing briefs, and presenting oral arguments at the Texas courts of appeals and at the Texas Supreme Court;
- Represented healthcare clients involved in an on-going regulatory matter, acting as lead counsel in a complex, multi-venue administrative matter affecting the entire industry, including concurrent proceedings at the administrative and appellate levels.
- Represented telecommunications clients in litigation in state and federal court and assists with overall litigation strategy for lawsuits within and outside of Texas.
