Alison Masur has worked in the legal industry for more than a decade, supporting attorneys and their clients with the development and financing of affordable housing real estate projects. She has assisted developers and investors with new entity formations, drafting loan documents, UCC and litigation searches, and preparation of other documents and agreements required by each unique deal.
