Alexandra MacDonald

Associate

Alexandra M. MacDonald represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a focus on employment litigation and employment advice and counseling. She handles employment disputes for a wide range of employers, including cases involving whistleblower claims, the Americans with Disabilities Act, age discrimination, and wage and hour matters. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in the healthcare industry, such as skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes as well as daycare centers. Alexandra’s practice also encompasses arbitration and assisting clients in mediation to achieve practical, efficient resolutions.

Alexandra advises employers on workplace issues such as employee discipline, separations, accommodations, reductions in force, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. She also has experience assisting clients with the development and review of workplace policies and agreements to support compliance efforts.

Before joining Clark Hill, Alexandra served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage.
