In her practice, Alexa reviews and drafts various transactional documents involving real estate, as well as provides comprehensive due diligence review.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she was a summer associate and a law clerk in the real estate practice group. In these roles, Alexa gained valuable experience conducting research and due diligence review, and drafting a wide range of documents related to the real estate transaction process. As a law student, she worked as a real estate law clerk at a boutique firm and was involved in the legal clinics at the University of Pittsburgh, which allowed her to gain hands-on experience with clients. Because of these experiences, Alexa understands that clients have unique needs, and tailors her approach to meet the specific goals of her clients.
