Alessandra Brainard

Alessandra Brainard’s experience includes supporting all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial preparation and resolution. She drafts pleadings and substantive motions at both the trial and appellate levels, manages complex discovery, and assists with depositions, hearings, and arbitrations.

Alessandra also has experience analyzing and presenting on fraud-related matters, including rideshare fraud and staged accident schemes. She previously served as a judicial clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
