Alessandra Brainard

Alessandra Brainard represents businesses, public entities, and other institutional clients in civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, governmental and municipal liability claims, toxic tort actions, and other high-exposure matters in state and federal courts. She advises clients throughout all stages of a dispute, from early case assessment through trial preparation and resolution, and has experience with substantive motion practice, complex discovery, appellate briefing, and alternative dispute resolution. Alessandra works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies that advance their objectives, manage risk, and position them for favorable outcomes. In addition to her practice, she maintains an active pro bono commitment, assisting Philadelphians with a range of legal matters and supporting access to justice and fair representation.
