Alejandro E. Rosa

Alejandro E. Rosa represents employers in labor and employment matters, particularly defending claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes before state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative agencies.

Alejandro regularly defends claims under the California Labor Code, including the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), as well as the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”). He also has extensive experience litigating retaliation claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Alejandro also advises clients on compliance with state and federal regulations.

Prior to his practice of law, Alejandro worked in government and political affairs for several years, including as an aide to Congressman Adam Schiff for approximately three years.
