Alanna advises clients on a variety of issues, including comprehensive claim management and pre-underwriting risk assessments for healthcare systems in the United States. She prepares coverage opinions and drafts reservation of rights letters as well as declination of coverage letters. Alanna assists with the management of complex healthcare-related claims by working with the insureds and local counsel to generate case strategies and evaluations.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Alanna was an associate at a firm specializing in the management and litigation of first-party property insurance disputes. There, she advised various insurance companies regarding a broad range of coverage issues. Alanna utilizes this prior experience in order to provide effective and comprehensive advice to clients throughout the entire lifetime of a matter.
