Adam T. Schnatz

Senior Counsel

Adam T. Schnatz counsels clients on construction, commercial and business matters. He represents construction professionals including construction owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and developers.

Adam advises clients on all aspects of the construction industry, including drafting and reviewing contracts, pay disputes, claims, liens, bonds, and risk-mitigation. He also handles any construction matters that proceed to litigation and has successfully advocated for his clients in state and federal courts across the county, as well as in mediation and binding arbitration.

Adam also has experience with commercial contract disputes, business torts, labor and employment, and class action litigation and mass tort cases, including In re Flint Water Litigation.
