Aaron M. McDonough is a business and real estate attorney whose practice focuses on commercial real estate development, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and business acquisitions. He represents developers, property owners, landlords, businesses, and financial institutions in matters involving land development, commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation, and strategic business planning.

Aaron works with developers throughout the full lifecycle of real estate projects, guiding clients through land acquisition, due diligence, title review, zoning and permitting matters, financing considerations, regulatory compliance, and project completion. His experience includes advising on planned communities, condominium developments, and mixed-use projects, as well as preparing and negotiating the governing documents that support complex residential and commercial developments. He also counsels clients on reciprocal easement agreements, common area maintenance frameworks, use restrictions, and other operational arrangements that help facilitate long-term project success.

In addition to his development practice, Aaron represents owners, brokers, and property managers in commercial real estate transactions and property operations. He drafts and negotiates purchase agreements, commercial leases, lease amendments, property management agreements, and related transaction documents. His work regularly involves title and survey review, resolution of title issues, lease enforcement matters, estoppel certificates, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and other aspects of commercial property ownership and management.

Aaron also advises private and closely held businesses on corporate governance, operational compliance, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented buyers and sellers in asset purchase transactions, handling due diligence review and negotiation of principal transaction documents. His experience further includes municipal lending matters, where he has assisted with the structuring and private sale of municipal debt instruments for local governmental entities.
