Three Clark Hill Professionals Contribute to Arizona Litigation Guide
Three Clark Hill professionals have contributed to four chapters in the newly released Arizona Litigation Guide, a product of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
Phoenix associate Chris Curran and Phoenix paralegal Andréa Padinha edited chapters 15 and 16 of the Guide. They cover miscellaneous discovery tools in their first chapter, followed by discovery motions.
Phoenix senior counsel Andrew Turk authored chapters 29 and 30, which cover settlement conferences, private mediation, and rules and procedures for arbitration cases.
This is the Arizona Litigation Guide’s sixth edition after originally being published in 1988.
