Clark Hill Announces Sul Kim Joins Labor & Employment Group in Atlanta
Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Sul Kim has joined the firm as a member of the Labor & Employment group in Atlanta. Kim advises employers across the full spectrum of workplace issues, serving as a strategic counselor to companies that need guidance on labor relations, employment compliance, workplace investigations, safety, employee relations, and cross-border workforce matters.
Kim’s practice is distinguished by the breadth of her labor and employment experience and her ability to connect legal strategy with business priorities. Acting as an outside general counsel for employment-related matters, she helps clients anticipate risk, address issues efficiently, and make sound workplace decisions across the employment lifecycle.
She regularly counsels organizations on compliance, risk management, workplace strategy, employee relations, and internal investigations involving senior management and executives. Kim is also fluent in Korean, bringing valuable language skills and cross-cultural perspective to clients operating in international and multicultural environments.
