Margaret DiBianca Joins Clark Hill as Member in Labor & Employment Practice in Wilmington, Delaware Office
Clark Hill today announced that Margaret (Molly) DiBianca has joined the firm as a Member in its Labor & Employment Practice in the firm’s Wilmington office.
“As we continue to grow our Mid-Atlantic offices, Molly will be a great addition to our already robust presence in the region,” said Lauri Kavulich, Member-in-Charge of the firm’s Philadelphia and Wilmington offices. “We are strategically expanding our full service platform, and Molly’s arrival is yet another significant step in that direction. In addition to her traditional employment experience, Molly’s experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery will expand the territory in which we can serve our national clients. ”
DiBianca provides litigation and client counseling to employers in a variety of industries in employment-rights claims, discrimination matters, equal employment disputes and restrictive covenant matters. In addition, she regularly advises clients on noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements and enforces and defends those agreements in the Court of Chancery.
“We are so excited to expand our footprint in Delaware to provide even greater national coverage for our Labor & Employment clients, and those appearing before Delaware Court of Chancery,” said Paul Boehms, Director of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment practice. “Molly’s blend of employment litigation and Chancery Court experience is a perfect fit with our objectives. We expect her practice to grow significantly utilizing our platform and network.”
“Joining the firm’s deep bench of Labor & Employment lawyers across the country will provide the opportunity to expand my practice, and Clark Hill’s HR Advisory program offers an unparalleled set of services for my clients both in Delaware and in their operations nationwide,” said DiBianca. “I look forward to serving the firm’s clients in Delaware in both federal and state courts and particularly in the Court of Chancery.”
DiBianca earned her J.D. at Villanova University School of Law, magna cum laude, and her B.A. at the University of Delaware. She is Co-Chair of the Delaware Supreme Court Commission on Law and Technology and a member of the Delaware Supreme Court Permanent Advisory Committee on Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct.
