Clark Hill Member Steven Richman will be co-presenting a one-hour webinar, Force Majeure and Coronavirus, at Noon on March 23.
The webinar, which will be hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, offers one substantive CLE credit. The event will cover the following topics:

- Impossibility of performance
- Frustration of purpose
- Other legal theories as affected by coronavirus.
