Clark Hill Attorney Steven Richman Featured on International Association of Lawyers Podcast

    Last month, Steve Richman, member, was featured in an International Association (UIA) of Lawyers Podcast. Richman, a member of UIA, spoke with UIA President Jerry Roth, and they discussed the doctrine of force majeure in the time of COVID-19 with respect to both national and cross-border contracts.

    The purpose of UIAPODCAST is to speak with leading practitioners to help lawyers around the world and understand the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the practice of law and clients' needs.
