Clark Hill Attorney Lauri Kavulich Published in The Legal Intelligencer

Clark Hill Member in Charge Lauri Kavulich was recently published in The Legal Intelligencer. Her article, “Compassionate Feedback Vital to Building a Modern Firm,” is part of a series The Lead: Workplace Issues Affecting You Now, which is published bimonthly and covers topics that affect in house counsel.

In this article, Kavulich challenges the yearly review, stating, “The yearly review is archaic. Compassionate and effective feedback is vital to gaining and keeping our highest form of capital—human capital—and building a modern firm.”

Kavulich is the member-in-charge of the Philadelphia and Wilmington offices of Clark Hill.
