Clark Hill Adds Judith Ramsey to Litigation Practice Group

Clark Hill announced today that Judith Ramsey has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in its Litigation practice group in Houston.

Ramsey advises local governmental entities in all types of litigation, including contract disputes, claims of constitutional violations or preemption, claims under the Texas Tort Claims Act, and more.

“I’m excited to join a great group of litigators with Clark Hill as the next step of my career,” Ramsey said. “The firm’s depth of talent and tremendous culture especially appealed to me, and I look forward to adding to the firm’s growth and momentum.”

In addition to her governmental practice, Ramsey has also represented businesses and individuals in commercial and personal injury litigation and appeals. From mid-2012 to early-2020, Ramsey served as Chief of the General Litigation Section of the City of Houston Legal Department.
