October 14, 2026

October 14, 2026 – Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Member Devin Hallett Snyder and Senior Counsel Claire Johnson Saenz have joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office in the Estate Planning Services practice group. With more than 50 years of combined experience, Snyder and Saenz counsel clients in estate planning and estate administration.

Devin Hallett Snyder assists clients through important life decisions, working closely with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners to develop customized legal strategies, including estate plans and pre- and postnuptial agreements, that protect assets, preserve family goals, and provide clarity during important personal and financial decisions.

Claire Johnson Saenz focuses her practice on trusts and estates, advising individuals, families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries on estate planning, estate administration, probate, and trust-related matters throughout Pennsylvania. By carefully assessing each client’s situation, she gains a thorough understanding of their financial landscapes, family dynamics, and long-term goals, which inform personalized, tax-efficient estate plans.

“We’re excited to add Devin and Claire to our Pittsburgh office,” said Jeff Conn, Member in Charge of Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh office. “Their thoughtful, client-focused approach to estate planning and strong legal backgrounds make them a great fit for our team. They understand the unique needs of business owners, individuals, and families, and are dedicated to delivering practical solutions that help clients plan with confidence.”

Both Snyder and Saenz take a hands-on approach to creating customized plans for wills, powers of attorney, and various types of trusts, and walk clients through the probate process with compassion and understanding after a loved one has passed.

Snyder also comes with extensive mediation and collaboration law experience and is uniquely qualified to help families navigate estate disputes outside of court.

“I’m thrilled to join the Clark Hill team with Claire and to help guide clients through making the right decisions for themselves and their families,” said Snyder. “I look forward to integrating clients’ business needs with planning for life milestones.”

In addition to Hallett Snyder and Johnson Saenz, Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh office is pleased to welcome Associate Alex Ostojich, Paralegal Matt Cipriani, and Legal Assistant Ashley Dobozy to the Estate Planning Services team.

Snyder earned her law degree from William and Mary and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Saenz earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
