Clark Hill announced today that Cami Perkins has joined its corporate group as a Member in its Las Vegas office.
Perkins brings to Clark Hill more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, high-stakes business litigation, real estate, and general business matters.

Perkins has served as outside general counsel for more than 200 business clients including clients in varying fields including restaurants, medical practices, biotech, real estate, construction, retail, entertainment, and more. She supports clients through business structuring and restructuring, mergers, asset and stock transactions, business-related litigation, business divorces, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Perkins earned her law degree from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and her undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University.
