Schwaab brings more than 25 years of intellectual property experience to Clark Hill. He supports clients through counseling, global patent prosecution, patent litigation, licensing, monetization and due diligence. Much of his work has involved emerging technologies.
“Through every interaction I had with the firm, I knew Clark Hill was the place for me,” Schwaab said. “The intellectual property group has been collecting some impressive wins recently, and there’s tremendous energy in the Phoenix region for growth and development. I’m excited to join a great group and build on their momentum.”

“Andrew is a tremendous addition to our IP group,” said John Ermanni, business unit director of Clark Hill’s intellectual property group. “His overseas experience and work with semiconductors and the latest technological advances over the past two decades will be very beneficial to our team and clients.”
