Chad Poznansky, Clark Hill honored at Illinois Real Estate Journal Awards

Chad Poznansky, Clark Hill Chicago Member, Leader of Chicago’s Real Estate Practice Group, and Co-Chair of Clark Hill’s Commercial Real Estate Industry Group, was named “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year – Male” at the Illinois Real Estate Journal Awards held on June 5 in Rosemont. This accolade highlights Chad’s exceptional contributions and leadership within the real estate legal community.

In addition, Clark Hill received the recognition of “Real Estate Law Firm of the Year.” This dual recognition underscores Clark Hill’s commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.

“It was a tremendous honor to be recognized by the Illinois Real Estate Journal,” Poznansky said. “Even better was the Chicago Real Estate Group winning the Real Estate Law Firm of the Year. We have a dedicated and hard-working team, and I am so very proud that everyone is being recognized.”

Poznansky leads a sophisticated practice that spans both local and national markets. He represents a diverse clientele, including developers, multifamily property owners, shopping center owners, and investors, guiding them through every phase of real estate transactions. His practice extends to representing national, regional, and local banks, as well as hard money lenders. Chad is highly regarded as a sought-after advisor, particularly in challenging market conditions.
