Zachary D. West

Associate

Zachary D. West represents clients in complex commercial and insurance-related disputes, guiding them through all phases of litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial and resolution. He works with businesses facing high-stakes matters in state and federal courts, helping them develop practical strategies to manage risk and achieve efficient outcomes.

Zach’s practice includes handling a broad range of civil disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and antitrust matters. He drafts pleadings and dispositive motions, including summary judgment and other pretrial motions, and prepares cases for trial. His experience also includes arguing motions, developing trial strategy, and coordinating witness and exhibit preparation in complex litigation.

He regularly manages large-scale discovery, including electronic document review, production, and negotiations related to discovery scope. Zach also takes and defends depositions and works closely with clients to prepare discovery responses and align litigation strategy with business objectives.
