Victoria “Tori” McKeehan effectively prepares and manages a wide-range of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions. This includes Hs, TNs, Ls, Es, EB-1s, and Consular processing, Adjustment of Status and Naturalization Applications. She assists a variety of clients including small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit institutions.

Tori prepares the formwork necessary for clients to obtain legal status and work authorization in the United States. She regularly interacts with clients for case review and information collection as well as acting as a liaison with the DOS, USCIS, U.S. Consulates and other government organizations.
