Troy T. Gorman

Senior Attorney

Troy T. Gorman represents clients in a wide array of litigation areas, including Commercial Litigation, Warranty Litigation, Product Liability Litigation, Construction Litigation, Business Litigation, Class Action Litigation, and Automotive/Personal Injury Litigation. He has experience in both State and Federal courts, including the Appellate Court.

Prior to his legal career, Troy worked in the construction industry as a contractor, licensed builder, contract negotiator, and customer relations manager. After completing law school, Troy worked as a City Attorney representing the City in criminal prosecutions and municipal matters.

Troy later moved to a private practice firm handling various matters, including warranty Law, construction law, commercial litigation, contracts, employment law, criminal law, automotive/premises liability, and class actions. Troy’s practice involved substantial automotive consumer protection and warranty dispute litigation involving the nation’s largest companies and some of the largest law firms. Troy joined Clark Hill to apply his experience and skills to complex legal matters with a firm that utilizes a cooperative environment to better achieve the goals of its clients.
