Tracey N. Perkins, MBA is a litigation paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in complex, high-stakes litigation environments. She assists legal teams in managing cases from inception through resolution working with Clark Hill’s Consumer Warranty Group. Tracey supports attorneys in complex civil litigation and high-volume warranty matters, helping coordinate the procedural, factual, and operational elements that drive litigation forward. She works closely with attorneys on discovery management, motion preparation, case timelines, and trial readiness, and supports the organization and analysis of case materials, monitors critical deadlines, and helps maintain structured case management across matters with significant volume and complexity.

Tracey’s background includes work with AmLaw firms and litigation boutiques where she assisted trial teams handling extensive discovery, multi-party litigation, and demanding case schedules. She’s supported attorneys in various litigation practices, including Complex Commercial litigation, Intellectual Property, Mass Torts, Insurance Defense, and other high-stakes disputes.

Tracey also supports the legal community through her work in paralegal education and training, bringing a clear understanding of how business, law, technology, and ethics shape effective litigation practice.
