Tirzah R. Roussell’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and creditors’ rights matters. She represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and individuals in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 proceedings, advising clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, senior housing, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, transportation, retail, and restaurant franchising. Her experience spans both in-court advocacy and strategic counseling, helping clients address financial challenges, protect assets, and pursue practical business solutions.
