Susan Roche is a litigation attorney assisting manufacturers in matters involving breach of warranty. She has worked with vehicle manufacturers on breach of warranty, Song-Beverly and Magnusson Moss matters since 2017. She has extensive experience in depositions, vehicle inspections, courtroom advocacy, and law and motion.

Susan is experienced in civil litigation matters with an in-depth knowledge of the issues most important to her clients. She takes pride in detail oriented, accurate advice and comprehensive strategies to approach her clients’ cases. She enjoys mentorship opportunities and empowering her clients through knowledge. Susan has more than a decade of experience in litigation, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, personal injury, products liability, and construction matters. She has extensive experience in handling cases from filing through to trial, including mediation, alternate dispute resolution, discovery, pleadings, case management, and law and motion practice. She also has appellate and federal court experience.

Susan started her career as a plaintiff’s attorney handling products liability, mass torts, and personal injury. This gives her a unique perspective as she defends her client’s cases. She now uses the insights she gained as a young lawyer to aid her clients in quick and effective dispute resolution.
