Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer
Susan Ahern serves as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for Clark Hill PLC. Susan is responsible for leading, developing and implementing business development strategies and identifying new business and growth opportunities firm-wide.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Susan works closely with Practice Group Leaders, Practice Group Directors and attorneys in all departments to develop client relationships; generate and respond to new business opportunities; and drive business growth and transformation initiatives within the firm. Susan is also responsible for the firm’s marketing and brand strategy, PR and media efforts, digital outreach, event planning, design, and communications.
Susan’s background is in law firm business development. She has played key leadership roles in winning business and in strategic change management projects. Susan has led the design and development of sophisticated award winning systems by adopting an innovative approach to the use of technology, defined process and organisational infrastructure to improve performance and deliver dynamic analytics while also facilitating multi-level stakeholder engagement and real time content management.
