Stella Zhou defends vehicle manufacturers and distributors in consumer warranty litigation, including claims brought under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. She represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution, and focuses on achieving efficient outcomes while minimizing business disruption.

She works closely with clients to understand their business priorities, anticipate potential challenges, and pursue practical strategies that advance their interests at every stage of the dispute.

Drawing on her broader civil litigation experience, Stella has also represented businesses and individuals in matters involving general negligence, premises liability, transportation, automotive repair, and other commercial disputes. This experience allows her to evaluate claims from multiple perspectives, identify potential weaknesses early, and position matters for favorable outcomes consistent with her clients’ legal and business goals.
