Ryan Martin

Senior Attorney

Ryan Martin represents and counsels clients through all stages of the litigation process with an emphasis on insurance defense, including general tort liability, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death claims, and commercial accidents.

As a veteran trial attorney, Ryan has first chaired over eighty jury trials in Texas. He navigates clients from the pre-suit investigation of a claim, to the complexity of discovery and mediation, and all the way through trial. Ryan has handled a wide range of litigation, including DRAM shop fatality claims, catastrophic workplace accidents, commercial motor vehicle fatalities, and UM/UIM claims.

Ryan represents a variety of clients in both state and federal courts. His clients include manufacturers, retailers, and transportation companies. Ryan works closely with his clients to develop a strong legal strategy in order to help achieve their goals and resolve claims efficiently.
