Rebecca M. Dedene focuses on assisting with the preparation and administration of key estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and lady bird deeds. She regularly works with clients to gather and organize information necessary for estate planning, helping ensure documents accurately reflect personal, family, and asset-transfer objectives. In addition, she assists clients with transferring assets into trusts, an important component of implementing and maintaining effective estate plans.

Rebecca has served in law firms handling estate planning, probate, employment matters, commercial litigation, and general litigation, giving her a broad perspective on the legal and practical issues that can affect clients and their families for more than 30 years. She is skilled in legal document preparation, case management, legal research, court filings, records management, and client communications, and is proficient in a variety of legal technology platforms used to manage complex matters.
