Ray Kelliher represents clients in complex restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters. He also advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

He advises officeholders, creditors, debtors, companies, directors, shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders in personal and corporate insolvency matters, restructurings, and related litigation. He also advises insolvency practitioners in their roles as liquidators, receivers, and examiners, and he acts for the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy in all post-bankruptcy related matters.

Ray has significant experience in high-value and contentious commercial litigation disputes, including asset tracing and recovery, contractual claims, enforcement and debt recovery proceedings, shareholder and investment disputes, and other complex commercial litigation before the Irish courts.

  • Acting for clients in contractual and financial services disputes before the High Court and Commercial Court.
  • Representing clients in Shareholder Disputes.
  • Acting for clients in investment disputes before the High Court and Commercial Court including the misselling of Property Funds, International Bank Funds, and the misselling of Bonds to Credit Unions.
  • Acting for clients in debt recovery proceedings and breach of contract proceedings.
  • Advising debtors in relation to their liabilities with various financial institutions and NAMA.
  • Advising liquidators, receivers, and examiners.
  • Representing creditors in winding up Petitions to the High Court.
  • Advising various stakeholders (shareholders, directors, creditors) of companies experiencing financial difficulties of the options available to them.
