Nina Chaladze supports clients ranging from multinational corporations to start-up companies on corporate immigration law, including employment-based temporary visas and permanent residency.

Nina works with companies in a variety of industries on both short- and long-term options for hiring and retaining foreign workers in the United States through sponsorship for temporary nonimmigrant visas such as H, L, and TN and for immigrant visas/permanent residence based on Multinational Executive/Manager petitions and PERM Labor Certifications.
