In addition to her litigation experience, Nicole brings an extensive background in business and legal affairs. Before returning to private practice, she worked in-house in the entertainment industry, where she negotiated and drafted a wide variety of commercial agreements. Her work included talent, production, influencer, branding, services, and licensing-related agreements across film, television, music, digital media, podcasts, and live entertainment. This experience provides her with a strong understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, and the commercial considerations that drive business decisions.
