Nicole Feragen

Senior Attorney

Nicole Feragen represents clients in various complex commercial litigation matters. Nicole helps clients in a variety of industries resolve contentious disputes, tailoring strategy to each client’s individual goals. She provides focused guidance at every stage, from pre-suit needs through final judgment and subsequent enforcement or appeal, advising on risk management and what to expect throughout the litigation process. Nicole has experience litigating as both plaintiff and defense counsel, which allows her to offer a comprehensive perspective when analyzing plans of action and potential matter outcomes. She has represented clients with diverse needs, from individuals and small businesses to multinational corporations.  Nicole appears regularly in Texas state and federal courts.

Nicole counsels on a broad spectrum of issues such as contract interpretation and breach of contract claims, real estate and real property issues, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, fraud and other business tort claims, and consumer rights claims involving deceptive trade practices, residential construction liability, the Texas Insurance Code, and other statutory issues. Having started her career in personal injury and insurance defense practice, Nicole is also comfortable advising business owners and reporting to their insurance carriers on defending against high-value property and personal injury claims. As a dedicated advocate for her clients, Nicole is committed to securing favorable outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom.
